Hello, my name is Kaysha Sahai Reid. I would say my design aesthetic is generally grounded. Yet this is with the occasional Caribbean flair; due primarily to my strong Jamaican upbringing. I am also a certified meditation teacher. So this blog combines a love for design and decor with other features like stillness and me-time--thereby offering an overall perspective of style, home and wellbeing.
